Spudfest is FREE, but there are some very special events that you'll need to buy a ticket for.

Venues across the region are serving up spudtacular dishes, each putting their own delicious spin on the humble potato. Just like a progressive dinner—but with more carbs and more joy!

The heart of Discovery Day, packed with produce, performances & fun!

Make like a detective and take a race around the town, hunting for clues and items on the ultimate spud themed scavenger hunt.

Race on foot through a four-block radius of the town, following clever clues to uncover hidden locations, complete fun challenges and collect special items to be hailed as the supreme sleuth.

Perfect for all ages, this adventure will test your wit and teamwork and take in all the sights of T town.

Prizes for those who solve the clues, bring back the best items and show the most creativity.

Solve Clues, Find Treasures, and Race to Victory!

Join the team at Trentham’s renowned sourdough bakery as they take you behind the scenes and share the secrets of their historic scotch oven that has been consistently baking the best artisanal bread and sweet treats for 133 years.

This remarkable remnant of baking history weighs up to 75 tonnes and stores enough heat to bake up to 600 loaves from one firing!

Each tour guest receives a free loaf of sourdough.

133 years of baking tradition – discover the secrets of Trentham’s historic scotch oven

A guided tour of the Trentham Cemetery from a member of the Trentham and District Historical Society.

Participants will learn some history of the township of Trentham, stopping at the graves of early settlers, community leaders, and other townsfolk.

Step back in time with a historical horse & cart ride through Trentham, passing landmarks including The Cosmopolitan Hotel built in 1850, the Old Police Station complex, and historic High Street shop fronts, offering a fascinating glimpse into the village's rich history and autumn landscape.

Travel through time – a historic horse & cart ride through Trentham

No trip to Trentham is complete without a visit to the Old Trentham Police Station Complex and District story walk.

An easy stroll from the main street, it is an informative collection of police memorabilia and local history exhibitions. The former timber buildings that once housed the town’s police station and lock up, have been meticulously maintained and provide a peek into the lives of our constabulary and those local larrikins they pursued.

The Trentham District story is also told through 14 interpretive panels positioned on the site. This installation is a walk through the history of the area, starting from the lives of First Nations people through to modern day. Celebrated in words and pictures are all those people, industries and events that left a lasting impression on Trentham and surrounding district.

For Spudfest, our small-batch producers are throwing open their gates, giving you an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at how they grow their amazing produce.

Meet the passionate farmers, hear their stories of triumphs and challenges, and explore the land where it all begins.

Choose from Fleurs de Lyonville, Mountain View Garlic Woodend, Little Hampton Farm, Tuki Trout Farm and Hepburn Gin Distillery —or visit them all for the full farm-to-table experience!
