Established in 1985, Jargon is a beloved local studio showcasing an eclectic and creative collection of textile works by Helen Mc Rae. From distinctive wall art and handcrafted teddy bears to cushions and clothing, every piece is thoughtfully designed and made by hand.
Stepping into Jargon feels like visiting a welcoming, old-world home — warm, nostalgic, and full of character. Guests are invited to browse truly unique creations, discover the stories behind the work, and perhaps find that perfect special gift or one-of-a-kind piece to fill a niche in their home.
Not to mention Helen's window displays of potatoes for Spudfest!
Helen will be giving a demonstration from 2:00pm to 4:00pm on eclectic textile and fibre art.
