SATURDAY GNOCCI CLASS SOLD OUT!

Spudfest is Victoria’s greatest celebration of the potato, and Gnocchi is one of world’s best potato dishes. As part of Trentham’s Spudfest weekend, Hotel Trentham is running a Gnocchi Making Class on Saturday 3rd May starting at 9.30am, hosted by our Head Chef Jack Bennett.

Strictly limited to just 10 people, this class will teach you how to make Gnocchi from scratch, and include potato selection, potato preparation & portioning, how to use the right ingredients, pre-cooking & chilling, and most importantly cooking Gnocchi with sauces. This interactive and hands-on class will have you making your Gnocchi for lunch and includes a glass of wine from one of our local wineries.

No experience needed (but must be over 18 years old).
